HRlogics Advisory Council is a curated group of six highly respected attorneys with extensive expertise in complex areas of HR compliance.
This group has assembled to create guidance utilizing their deep level of expertise and understanding of every nuance of compliance law. From a former IRS tax attorney fully versed in tax incentive law to ACA experts with over 20 years of experience, the Compliance Council’s sole purpose is to help HRlogics set the highest standard for compliance in the industry.

Stacy Barrow, J.D.
Stacy is one of the nation’s leading experts on the Affordable Care Act. Stacy has extensive technical knowledge and experience designing and implementing health and welfare plans that meet the numerous and intricate requirements of applicable federal and state law. Michael H. Neifach, J.D.
Michael is the office managing principal of the Washington, D.C. Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a recognized leader on immigration, visa, and border security matters, and he is co-leader of the firm's Immigration practice group. Michael has held senior positions at the White House Homeland Security Council, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He served as general counsel at ICE from July 2007 through January 2009. Following his government service, he oversaw the Immigration, Compliance, and Homeland Security practice at a boutique immigration law firm until joining Jackson Lewis.

Garrett has over 24 years of experience working inside the IRS as a Former IRS Attorney. Serving as Senior Attorney at the Office of Chief Counsel (IRS) for thirteen years, Garret brings a wealth of tax compliance knowledge to OnCentive.
